The rebuilding process begins now for Orlando, so the progress of the team's top rookies this year - Nicholson and Harkless - will go a long way to determining the future of the franchise.  Are these guys they can build around, or is it back to the drawing board?



Summary:  

This isn't going to be pretty.  Orlando is in full-on rebuilding mode, and depending on their luck in next June's draft, it could be quite some time before the Magic become power players again in the Eastern Conference.
